Note: On June 14, 2006, CMS requested all Part D sponsors complete an attestation regarding compliance with our coordination of benefits requirements - including the tracking of "true out-of-pocket" (TrOOP expenditures). The email address listed in the memo was not valid. Consequently, CMS did NOT receive any attestations sent to that address.
