Performance & Budget

The CMS FY 2014 budget request was submitted to Congress on April 10, 2013. This Congressional Justification of the budget presents the resource requests for programs, focuses on key performance measures, and summarizes program results.

The FY 2014 targets and most recent activity for key CMS performance measures are included in the FY 2014 Congressional Justification. As required by the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993 and the GPRA Modernization Act of 2010, CMS GPRA performance measures are included and officially reported on in the FY 2014 HHS Online Performance Appendix.
