Privacy Center
The CMS Privacy Office is responsible for the management and oversight of the Privacy Act of 1974 as it pertains to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). It resides in the Office of Information Services (OIS), Enterprise Architecture & Strategy Group (EASG), Division of Information Security & Privacy Management (DISPM).
