Overview

The Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA) was signed into law on February 8, 2006 . This legislation affects many aspects of domestic entitlement programs, including both Medicare and Medicaid.  Additional information on the specific provisions included in the DRA can be accessed through the menu on the left.
