To file your HIPAA Transactions and Code Sets or Unique Identifiers (Employer and Provider Identifiers) complaint electronically, go to the Administrative Simplification Enforcement Tool (ASET) under the "Related Links Outside CMS" section below. The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has responsibility for managing complaints and enforcement activities related to the HIPAA Privacy Rule and Security Rule.
