Converts an Object that is a Calendar to a Hexavigesimal value, so that any day of the
year is represented as the same value no matter which year it
belong do.
This format uses the following Characters indicators for the following
values:
0 or 1 = A
2 = B
3 = C
4 = D
5 = E
6 = F
7 = G
8 = H
9 = I
10 = J
11 = K
12 = L
13 = M
14 = N
15 = O
16 = P
17 = Q
18 = R
19 = S
20 = T
21 = U
22 = V
23 = W
24 = X
25 = Y
26 = Z
Any number > 26 will become a multi character string
This returns an array of strings with the data as:
string[0] = hipps code
string[1] = treatment authorization code
string[2] = grouper version
string[3] = flag
If the scoringResult is null, then all the elements are empty strings
