The Archive page of the Home Health Quality Initiative holds historical documents used in the national rollout of the initiative beginning 2002 to 2006.

Downloads will contain ZIP files which holds both ZIP and PDF documents and will have an overarching TOPIC-TITLE of the file to help you identify the important historical items associated with items such as the previous user and technical manual materials, HHQI Satellite, a Website Guide to HHC, HHC Preview Memo, the Correction Policy for Home Health Agencies to change administrative information on HHC, the Consumer Language used in HHC, and final Report on OBQI System Pilot Project, OBQI in Home Health Care - 4-volume reports.
