National Meeting

The 2008 National DRP Meeting will be held August 18-22 at the CMS Denver Regional Office (RO), located at 1600 Broadway, Suite 700, Denver, Colorado 80202.

This meeting is a continuation of the highly successful DRP National Meetings held in Baltimore and previously in Denver. Due to limited conference rooms available at the RO for this week we are only able to accommodate the following labelers:

BMS – Tuesday
00003, 00015, 00056, 00072, 00087, 000590, 59772,
63653 (Plavix only) & 59148 (Abilify only) 

Amgen – Wednesday
55513, 58406

Wyeth - Thursday
00005, 00008, 00031, 00046, 00206, 00573, 58394, 59911,
00641 (for 3rd quarter 2003 and prior only)

In order to assure that the labelers have an adequate number of states in attendance to ensure productive and successful face to face meetings, states that are interested in meeting with these labelers should register as soon as possible and no later than Thursday, July 24. Prior planning by all parties is absolutely imperative to the success of these meetings; therefore, you may register by completing the registration information below and emailing it to DRP@cms.hhs.gov.

When registering, please indicate the name, phone number, and email of each person attending, whether they will be attending the entire three days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) or for just part of the week by specifying which days.

As for hotel accommodations, please be aware that there may be limited hotel accommodations in downtown Denver during this week. CMS was able to reserve a small number of rooms at the Sheraton Denver Hotel, 1550 Court Place at the government rate for those states that register early. If interested, you must send an email to DRP@cms.hhs.gov no later than July 31 and we will assist you with those accommodations.
