The 2016 ICD-10 Procedure Coding System (ICD-10-PCS) files below contain information on the new procedure coding system, ICD-10-PCS, that is a replacement for ICD-9-CM, Volume 3. These 2016 ICD-10-PCS codes are to be used for discharges occurring from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016.
