Program Audits

The purpose of this web page is to increase transparency related to the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan program audits and other various types of audits to help drive the industry towards improvements in the delivery of heath care services in the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug program.  Currently, the website includes the 2012 Program Audit Process and Protocols HPMS Memo (dated May, 11, 2012), the 2013 Program Audit Process and Protocols HPMS Memo (dated January 25, 2013) and associated attachments, as well as links to the respective manual chapters and other information.
