CMS is continuously analyzing performance and quality of the PCSPs of the contractors, and will be identifying trends and making recommendations for possible improvements/solutions, as appropriate.  The most recent performance scores are available at Performance Scores, so that contractors can see where they fall in the monthly performance tracking.

Website Satisfaction Survey - Monthly Scores

The Medicare Fee-For-Service (FFS) Contractor Website Satisfaction Survey program measures users’ satisfaction with contractors' websites with a focus on customer service. Scores are based on the immediate 300 previously completed surveys for each contractor website.  The latest website satisfaction scores by month for each of the contractor websites are now available at Website Satisfaction.
