CORRECTION NOTE: CMS recently discovered an error that was made in the calculation of the high cost outlier fixed-loss amount in the RY 2008 LTCH PPS final rule. The final RY 2008 high cost outlier fixed-loss amount should have been $20,738. We expect to publish a correction notice with the revised information in the Federal Register shortly.
