Medicare Shared Savings Program Application Process: Preparing to Apply – April 9, 2013
CMS subject matter experts will provide information on what you can do now to prepare for the Shared Savings Program application process for the January 1, 2014 start date. This National Provider Call will include information on key dates, the Notice of Intent to Apply (NOI) submission, and the first steps in submitting an application. Medicare Shared Savings Program Application Process: Tips on Completing a Successful Application – April 23, 2013
CMS subject matter experts will cover tips on completing a successful application, including information on how to submit an acceptable ACO Participant List, Participation Agreement Sample, Executed Participant Agreement pages, and Governing Body Template for the Shared Savings Program application. Medicare Shared Savings Program Electronic Application Process through Health Plan Management System Call – August 7, 2012
CMS hosted a call to discuss how to submit your electronic application for the Shared Savings Program through the Health Plan Management System (HPMS). Information about the application process is available on the Shared Savings Program Application web page. Call participants were encouraged to review application materials and log into HPMS prior to the call.
