- This memorandum 1) Sets forth final timeliness guidelines for State survey agencies (SAs) for the input of survey visit information into ACO and complaint/incident information into the ACTS for all Medicare- and Medicaid-certified provider/supplier types (non-CLIA)and 2) Replaces interim timeliness guidance contained in Attachments 1 and 2 of S&C-05-27.
