- Sections 2002, 2003A, 2005, and 2825-2826 of the SOM are being revised to update general Medicare enrollment information, as well as the process for enrolling FQHCs in Medicare, and for handling complaints about FQHCs. A new Exhibit 179, Information on Medicare Participation, FQHCs, is introduced and is to be made available by Regional Offices (ROs) or State Agencies (SAs) to potential FQHC applicants.
