Revised HHA Survey Procotols

On April 6, 2011 at 1:00pm-2:30pm EDT, the Division of Continuing Care Providers in conjunction with the Training Staff sponsored a Webinar for HHA Surveyors on the “Revised HHA Survey Protocols.” This webinar provides experienced HHA surveyors with information needed to survey HHAs using the new survey protocols. The Webinar will focus on the evolution of the HHA survey process, current survey process and the revised survey process for Home Health Agencies (HHAs) that is data-driven, patient outcome-oriented and less structure and process oriented.

Target Audience
CMS Regional Office and State agency experienced HHA surveyors (Mandatory).
