Please refer to the following resources if you have an inquiry regarding the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and related topics, including, but not limited to, reporting requirements, negative payment adjustments, feedback reports, and Individuals Authorized Access to the CMS Computer Services (IACS) registration.
