Consistency Required

*1. If M0100_ASSMT_REASON=01, 03, 04, or 05 and (M0110_EPISODE_TIMING=NA, or M0826_THERAPY_NEED is blank), then HIPPS_CODE must be blank.

*2. If HIPPS_CODE is not blank, then HIPPS_VERSION must not be blank and must match the appropriate HIPPS version code.

3. If M0100_ASSMT_REASON=01, 03, 04, or 05 and M0110_EPISODE_TIMING=01, 02, or UK and M0826_THERAPY_NEED is not blank and HIPPS_CODE is not blank, then the state system will recalculate the HIPPS_CODE and HIPPS_VERSION and compare the recalculated values with the submitted fields. If the submitted fields do not match the recalculated values, a warning will be issued.
