Medicare Learning Network® (MLN) Guided Pathways (GPs)

The Medicare Learning Network® (MLN) Guided Pathways (GPs) helps health care professionals gain knowledge from resources and products related to Medicare and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) website.

The GPs curricula contain brief descriptions and links to many CMS resources. These products are designed to allow users to quickly and easily scan or search the resources and click on topics of interest. They are also designed so you can move directly to a specific section by using bookmarks or the Table of Contents.

 

What is the difference between the MLN Suite of Products and the MLN GPs?

The MLN Suite of Products provides you with a listing of all relevant MLN provider educational materials (except MLN Matters). The suite is a great place to start if you are looking for materials designed for providers.

The MLN GPs provides additional resources beyond the MLN products, including relevant CMS manuals and web pages. Below are wonderful resources for those new to Medicare, advancing from Basic to Provider Specific: 

 

MLN Guided Pathways – Basic Medicare Resources for Health Care Professionals, Suppliers, and Providers

Target Audience: All Health Care Professionals, Suppliers, and Providers.

 

MLN Guided Pathways - Intermediate Medicare Resources for Health Care Providers (855A)

Target Audience: Health care professionals who enroll in Medicare using the 855 A form.

 

MLN Guided Pathways - Intermediate Medicare Resources for Health Care Professionals and Suppliers (855B)

Target Audience: Health care professionals who enroll in Medicare using the 855 B, I, or S forms.

 

MLN Guided Pathways - Provider Specific Medicare Resources

Target Audience: Multiple specialty pathways designed for Medicare FFS Physicians, Other Enrolled Health Care Professionals, Suppliers, Providers, and Hospitals.
