The Investment Life Cycle Steering Committee (ILC SC) last met on November 3, 2010 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM ET. As a result, the following updates have occurred:

• Post Implementation Review (PIR) template has been added
• Annual Operational Analysis (AOA) Review template has been added
• Investment Selection Review (ISR) template has been added
• Lesson Learned template has been added
• Decision Log template has been added
• Risk Report template has been added
• Issue Log template has been added
• Requirements Document has been revised
• System Design Document has been revised
• The ILC Framework has undergone substantial revisions
