HUD Homeless Assistance
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds

Housing Services are those services
or activities designed to assist individuals or families in locating
and obtaining suitable housing. Component services or activities may
include tenant counseling; assisting individuals and families to understand
leases, secure utilities, make moving arrangements; representative payee
services concerning rent and utilities; and mediation services related
to neighbor/landlord problems that may arise.
