Eligibility Screening Tool (BEST):
The Benefit Eligibility Screening Tool (BEST) is an online tool, http://best.ssa.gov,
that can be used to find out if someone could be eligible for benefits from
any of the programs Social Security administers. While BEST is not an application
for benefits, it gives eligibility information based on answers provided to
questions.
