A facility located in a medically underserved area that provides Medicare recipients preventive primary medical care under the general supervision of a physician.

Food Stamps (Food Stamp Program):
The Food Stamp Program provides low-income households with coupons or electronic benefits they can use like cash at most grocery stores to ensure that they have access to a healthy diet. The Food Stamp Program is the cornerstone of the Federal food assistance programs, and provides crucial support to needy households and to those making the transition from welfare to work.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture administers the Food Stamp Program at the Federal level through its Food and Nutrition Service (FNS). State welfare offices administer the program at the state and local levels, including determination of eligibility and allotments, and distribution of benefits.

Full Retirement Age (FRA):
The age at which an individual first becomes entitled to unreduced retirement benefits. Beginning in the year 2000 for workers and spouses born 1938 or later and widow(er)s born 1940 or later, the retirement age increases gradually from age 65 until it reaches age 67 in the year 2022. This age increase affects the amount of the reduction for persons who begin receiving reduced benefits.
