The Media Release Database includes CMS published press releases, fact sheets, testimonies, and speeches. These media release items are divided into four lists, which can be found on the left navigation on this page.

Press releases are announcements, proposals and statements published by the CMS Public Affairs office on all issues relevant to CMS programs and initiatives.

Fact sheets provide background, statistics and data on rules, regulations and issues related to CMS programs and initiatives.

Testimonies are statements made by senior CMS administrators and directors to members of congress during congressional hearings on topics related to CMS programs and initiatives.
