According to the National Kidney Foundation, 1 in 3 Americans is at risk for kidney disease due to diabetes, high blood pressure or a family history of kidney failure. We encourage you to find ways to increase awareness about the disease and its risk factors.

 

Information products, developed by the CMS Office of Minority Health, provide an overview of key data and policy reviews on health services and outcomes for minorities. The products examine CMS and other federal data sources and policy issues aimed at eliminating health disparities. The products focus on disadvantaged populations, including racial and ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community, and rural populations.
