DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Round 2021 Single Payment Amounts Announced and Contracts Offered
On October 27, 2020, CMS announced the single payment amounts for the Off-The-Shelf (OTS) Back Braces and OTS Knee Braces product categories included in Round 2021 of the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) Competitive Bidding Program and began awarding contracts in certain competitive bidding areas. There will be no competitive bidding contracts awarded for product categories other than OTS back and knee braces in Round 2021. Please see the Fact Sheet (PDF) for additional information.
On November 20, 2020, CMS announced (PDF) the Round 2021 contract suppliers for the OTS Back Braces and OTS Knee Braces product categories under the DMEPOS CBP. Round 2021 will begin on January 1, 2021, and extend through December 31, 2023.
