The Help Desks webpage provides contact information for providers and vendors to ask questions, troubleshoot problems, and request guidance and support. The different Help Desks and their focus areas are listed below.

Providers can email the Hospice Quality Help Desk if they have general questions about the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) including, but not limited to:

  • Which hospices are required to report HIS data
  • General questions about HIS reporting requirements and public reporting
  • Questions about quality measures, reporting deadlines
  • Questions related to the Hospice CASPER QM Reports, Hospice Compare and Hospice Provider Preview Reports.

Requests for CMS Review of HIS Data: HospicePRquestions@cms.hhs.gov

This email address is exclusively for the submission of requests to CMS to review HIS quality measure data on the Hospice Provider Preview Reports.

All questions related to public reporting should be directed to the Hospice Quality Help Desk. The procedures requesting CMS’ review of HIS during preview period are outlined on the Hospice Quality Public Reporting: HIS Preview Reports and Requests for CMS Review of HIS Data of the HQRP website.
