Provider Enrollment

When you provide services to a Medicare Advantage (MA) Private Fee-for-Service (PFFS) Plan enrollee, you automatically become deemed-contracting if:

• You know before supplying services that the person getting services is enrolled in a PFFS Plan
• You have access to the plan’s terms and conditions of payment
• The plan covers the service offered
