The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) hosted a National Provider Call with a question and answer session on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 Hospital Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) Program. The purpose of this call was to provide an overview of the FY 2014 Program and to review the differences between the FY 2013 and FY 2014 Programs, primarily the addition of the Outcome domain in the FY 2014 Program.
