ICD-10 Basics

Keynote speaker Sue Bowman, from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), gives a presentation on ICD-10 basics along with an implementation update by CMS. A question and answer session follows the presentation.

Since this call was held, HHS has issued a rule finalizing October 1, 2015 as the new compliance date for health care providers, health plans, and health care clearinghouses to transition to ICD-10.
