Project Process Agreement Training
Course Name: CMS Project Process Agreement (PPA) e-Learning Course
Course Registration: Click here to register for this course
When and Where: Available 24/7 online
Duration: Approximately three (3) hours; divided into six (6) individual lessons.
This e-learning course will provide participants with foundational information about tailoring the XLC framework to accommodate the unique characteristics of each IT project. The tailoring strategy uses the PPA to justify and document the waiving or combining of particular life cycle phases, tests, deliverables and reviews while managing project risk.
By tailoring the framework, CMS will be able to preserve a consistent and repeatable project management methodology while recognizing when certain elements of the framework are not applicable or are not cost-effective for a particular project. The Project Process Agreement (PPA) documents the tailoring strategy for each project.
Participants will receive three (3) Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) upon successful completion of this course. A complete transcript for this course may be downloaded here (PDF).
