This file contains more technical details regarding the AD-HOC CAP reporting 
process.  This includes the files available for download, report column header 
descriptions and definitions, and the technical specifications for the report.

AD-HOC CAP Summary Report.PDF

This file is a report containing Ad-Hoc CAP information from the Compliance 
Activity Module at the time the report is generated. The file contains the
following columns:

- Contract ID(s) and Names 
  All of the contract IDs and corresponding contract names assigned to each 
  Ad-HOC CAP are included in this column.  
- Parent Organization Name
  The parent organizations to which the contract(s) assigned to the Ad-Hoc CAP 
  belong are included in this column. 
- Organization Contact Name
  The name of the plan contact is included in this column.
- Organization Contact Phone
  The corresponding phone number for the plan contact is included in this column.
- Compliance Issue ID
  The unique compliance issue ID assigned to each Ad-Hoc CAP is included in this 
  column. 
- Date Letter Sent 
  The date that the compliance letter for each Ad-Hoc CAP was issued is included
  in this column. 
- Issue Type 
  The type of underlying issue which prompted the Ad-Hoc CAP is included in this 
  column.
- Issue Topic
  The topics of the underlying issue which prompted the Ad-Hoc CAP are included in 
  this column.
- Issue Summary
  A summary explanation of the underlying issue is included in this column.
- Letter Name
  The name of the letter that corresponds to each Ad-Hoc CAP, as captured in the 
  Attachments.ZIP, is included in this column.

This file includes all of the Ad-Hoc CAP letters, referenced in the Letter 
Name column of the AD-HOC CAP Summary Report.

AD-HOC CAP Summary Report Technical Specifications
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
All Ad-Hoc CAPS included in the report have a Report Issued Date greater 
than or equal to 1/1/2012. 

The data in the report is sorted descending by Date Letter Sent.

Compliance Issue IDs followed by an asterisk (*) indicate that all contracts 
assigned to the issue have been terminated as of the report generation date.
