Phoenix Indian Medical Center
I have used the transcutaneous EO2 on 2 patients and have seen it close wounds that were open for over a year that failed multiple other modalities. These patients were not considered appropriate for HBO., The transcutaneous oxygen closed both wounds within 3-4 weeks.
My podiatry partners have used this on several diabetic foot ulcers and have prevent an amputation in at least 2 patients, and closed several wounds.
We are very excited to add this modality for patients that are nonhealing, not considered appropriate for hbo, or meeting criteria for hbo and have failed other modalities.
