Episode Overview	"Acute coronary syndrome (all): This episode includes clinically related services for patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and includes patients with: 1) ACS receiving coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) during the triggering inpatient hospitalization; 2) ACS receiving a percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) during the triggering inpatient hospitalization; or 3) ACS without either PCI or CABG (i.e., medically managed).
