*1. If M1000_DC_NONE_14_DA = 1, then M1005_INP_DISCHARGE_DT through M1012_INP_UK_ICD must be skipped (blank); otherwise the following rules apply.

*2. M1005_INP_DISCHARGE_DT must be a valid date or M1005_INP_DSCHG_UNKNOWN must be 1.

*3. If M1005_INP_DSCHG_UNKNOWN=1, then M1005_INP_DISCHARGE_DT must be blank.

*4. If this field is not blank, it must contain a valid date and it must be less than or equal to the current date.

5. This field should bear the following relationships with other dates present in the record:

a. If M1005_INP_DISCHARGE_DT is not blank and if M0100_ASSMT_REASON=01, then M0030_START_CARE_DT minus M1005_INP_DISCHARGE_DT should be greater than or equal to zero and less than or equal to 14.

b. If M1005_INP_DISCHARGE_DT is not blank and if M0100_ASSMT_REASON=03, then M0032_ROC_DT minus M1005_INP_DISCHARGE_DT should be greater than or equal to zero and less than or equal to 14.

*6. If this field is not blank and if M0032_ROC_DT is blank, then M1005_INP_DISCHARGE_DT must be earlier than or equal to each of the following dates (if the date listed below is not blank on the assessment):
