a) At least one item from M2430_HOSP_MED through M2430_HOSP_UK must equal 1, and none of the items M2430_HOSP_MED through M2430_HOSP_UK may be blank.

b) M2440_NH_THERAPY through M2440_NH_UNKNOWN must be skipped (blank).
