Resources listed on this page are intended to help if you have an inquiry regarding the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and related topics, including, but not limited to, reporting requirements, negative payment adjustments, feedback reports, and CMS Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) system registration.
