Healthcare Cost Report Information System (HCRIS) Data Set - Home Health Agency (HHA) - The data included with this release includes all years (from FY2020 through present) of home health agency cost reports (CMS-Form-1728-20) received by HCRIS. This form is for cost reporting periods beginning on or after January 1, 2020, and ending on or after December 31, 2020.
