Agents and brokers are critical partners to the success of the Individual Marketplace. As such, CMS has launched the new Video Learning Center, a repository of short technical assistance videos to help you quickly address common technical issues and spend more time focusing on your business. In these videos, the term “Marketplace” refers to Federally-facilitated Marketplaces, or FFMs, including FFMs where states perform plan management functions, and State-based Marketplaces on the Federal Platform, or SBM-FPs.
How to Retrieve Your User ID and Reset Your Password (2:56)
In this video, we’ll review how agents and brokers can retrieve their CMS Enterprise Portal account User ID and reset their account password.
Agents and brokers use the CMS Enterprise Portal to access their Marketplace agent/broker profile and the Marketplace Learning Management System and must log into their account once every 180 days or it will be put in a disabled state.
How to Access the Shorter Marketplace Training for Returning Agents and Brokers (4:05)
In this video, we’ll review how agents and brokers who are eligible to complete the shorter Marketplace training course can access the training within the Marketplace Learning Management System.
Agents and brokers who completed registration and training for the previous plan year are eligible to take the shorter training, which can be completed in as few as 30 minutes.
