Performance & Budget

The CMS FY 2027 budget request has been finalized and submitted to Congress. This Congressional Justification of the budget presents the resource requests for programs, focuses on key performance measures, and summarizes program results.

The FY 2027 targets and most recent activity for key CMS performance measures are included in the FY 2027 Congressional Justification, as required by the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993 and the GPRA Modernization Act of 2010.
