Medicare HETS 270/271 - HETS2026-4 System Release – 10/1/2026

Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:

CMS announces publication of the HETS2026-4 Release Summary. 

The HETS2026-4 release will introduce potential changes to the HETS 270 request and HETS 271 response. CMS urges all HETS submitters to use this HETS2026-4 Release Summary and the upcoming HETS2026-4 Companion Guide to prepare for this future release.

The HETS2026-4 release is scheduled for December 2026. Submitters will be notified when additional information is available regarding this release.
