Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters: 

The MCARE Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Christmas Day holiday and New Year’s Day holiday on Thursday, December 25th, 2025 and Thursday, January 1st, 2026.

The MCARE Help Desk operational hours for Friday, December 26th, 2025 and Wednesday, December 31st, 2025 will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, please call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voice mail.
