The MCARE Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Independence Day holiday on Friday, July 3rd, 2026. 

The MCARE Help Desk will return to the regular hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET on Monday, July 6th, 2026. If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, please call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voice mail.
