Medicare HETS - Upcoming HETS2025-4 System Release – 9/30/2025

Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:

CMS announces publication of the HETS2025-4 Release Summary. 

The HETS2025-4 release will introduce potential changes to the HETS 271 response. CMS urges all HETS submitters to use this HETS2025-4 Release Summary and the upcoming HETS2025-4 Companion Guide to prepare for this future release.

The HETS2025-4 release is scheduled for December 2025. Submitters will be notified when additional information is available regarding this release.
