COMPANY PLEDGE: We pledge to the CMS Interoperability Framework and to advance scalable, standards-based population data exchange using HL7 FHIR Bulk Export. We commit to supporting asynchronous Bulk FHIR workflows for payer, provider, research, and CMS-aligned use cases; demonstrating operationally usable performance at realistic scale, including proper exports involving hundreds of thousands to millions of records to the extent permitted by law; participating in transparent performance measurement; and collaborating to improve real-world implementation. We believe interoperable healthcare depends not only on standards compliance, but on reliable, predictable, and scalable exchange that supports quality measurement, care management, research, public health, and AI innovation.
