b.well Connected Health's patient-facing app demonstrates the full patient journey addressing two Health Tech Ecosystem pledges: Kill the Clipboard and Conversational AI.
After identity verification with IAL2, the patient uses Smart Connect to retrieve clinical and claims data from connected organizations giving them a single, comprehensive, de-duplicated, normalized health record they control and can disconnect at any time.
bailey, our conversational AI assistant, draws on that longitudinal clinical, claims, wearable, pharmacy, and behavioral data to help patients understand their problems, medications, find and schedule care, and navigate benefits in plain language, fulfilling the Conversational AI pledge.
For Kill the Clipboard, patients use Share My Record to select the data they want to share and generate a QR code containing a SMART Health Link, a USCDI v3 FHIR bundle, and a PDF summary. Providers scan the code to pull the patient's record directly into their EHR at the point of care, replacing intake paperwork with a real-time, patient-directed handoff.
