Physician Fee Schedule - January 2011 release.
This 2011 Physician Fee Schedule Payment Amount file was revised on January 5, 2011 to address incorrect data in OPPS Payment Amount fields. This replaces the file release on December 30, 2010.
This file contains the revisions identified in the Physician Fee Schedule Final Regulation published November 2010 and subsequent revisions (e.g., those necessary due to the Medicare and Medicaid Extenders Act of 2010).
NOTE: The conversion factor for CY 2011 is $33.9764.
