NOTE: The following 2013 MPFS payment rates reflect policies adopted in the CY 2013 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule that appeared in the Federal Register on November 16, 2012, as subsequently corrected by a CY 2013 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule Correction Notice. These rates also reflect the zero percent update for calendar year 2013 adopted by section 601(a) of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012.
