Part C and D Weekly Bulletin - May 12, 2006

In an effort to streamline our communications with Part C & D plans, CBC will discontinue sending out messages through HPMS on a flow basis and begin sending out a single, weekly "bulletin" that will consist of all HPMS notices for the week. Please note that time sensitive messages will be distributed outside the weekly bulletin process as needed.
Attached to this message is the May 12 bulletin (WeeklyBulletin_051206.pdf), the supporting documents referenced in the bulletin (WeeklyBulletinMaterials_051206.zip), and an Excel document (CY 2006 MYBE justification tool.xls). These files are also posted on the HPMS homepage.
