Open Door Forum #2: Comprehensive ESRD Care Initiative

On February 4, 2013, CMS announced the new Comprehensive ESRD Care Initiative. On February 5, 2013, CMS staff hosted an initial Open Door Forum and provided an overview of the initiative and answered questions.

On Tuesday February 26, 2013, CMS hosted a second Open Door Forum to answer additional questions about the Comprehensive ESRD Care Initiative.
